How can it be claimed that Greenland shower mousse and body lotion mousse are free from gas when butane is one of the ingredients? The packaging of the shower foam consists of a sack containing the product, and around the sack, gas is used to push the product out of the bottle. Generally speaking, this is propane or butane, but we use air to get the product out of the bottle. In the product itself, there is a bit of butane so that when the product comes out of the bottle, it will form a foam. This gas is thus not used as the propellant gas, but as a foaming agent.
